Hi,
I cannot find any option to change that. I might be wrong and someone might correct me.
I think it is by design for Exchange out of the box.OWA (accessing a large enterprise client), and for which I do not have admin, has decided to 'forget' many of my contacts. Partially typing their name now doesn't return the usual short list of names. Where I can't remember the surname of some of my offshore contacts the 20 limitation prevents me from sending an email without having to separately search for the contact in other emails. (Come back Eudora all is forgiven!)
