OWA 2010 Will only run in Light Mode
OK, I’m sure I did something wrong in the setup of Exchange 2010, because all of my remote users can only use the "Light" version of OWA. I tried it myself and its true. No matter what kind of PC (XP, or WIN 7) I tried it from when I login to the standard version and tried to change to a different folder all I get is a white Outlook screen and I have to login to get it back. The only way I could navigate the folders in OWA was to use the light version, but then I loose the majority of the folders I wanted to have access to in the first place. ANY ideas would be great. Thanks

if i'm correct in understanding what you mean by the main site ? you are talking about within the network that exchange is running in? if that's the case then yes they do. The full version of OWA runs with no problems? i can click on my notes folder, deleted folder and i don't get a white screen?

Hi PuffPuffPass, If OWA premium is enabled, I want to clarify what is browser your users are using? To use the complete set of features available in Outlook Web App and the Web management interface, you can use the following browsers on a computer running Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista, or Windows 7: Internet Explorer 7 and later versions. Firefox 3.0.1 and later versions. Chrome 3.0.195.27 and later versions. On a computer running Max OS X, you can use: Safari 3.1 and later versions. Firefox 3.0.1 and later versions. On a computer running Linux, you can use: Firefox 3.0.1 and later versions. If you use a Web browser that doesn't support the full feature set, Outlook Web App will open in the light version. Hello, If you are using a supported browser for premium experience, you should check the accessibility settings and uncheck if needed, then logoff and relogon to OWA
