OWA 2007 prompts to choose language after login
Hello Everybody,
I have a strange behavior on an OWA 2007 SP2 on Windows 2003. When a user logon in OWA 2007 the OWA prompts to choose language after login and once the user select the language the Login page comes back. For several users the system works fine
and for several other users the OWA is impacted by this problem.
I have compared users rights but the rights of each users are the same.
An idea?
Kind regards,

Hi
My suggestion is to compare different users’ web brower
and language setting . You should compare with language setting of OS.
You can try to update exchange to latest version. Sometimes you will get surprise.
The user will still be prompted to choose a language and time zone the
first time he logs on to Outlook Web Access (OWA). But the default selected language will be the one defined by the administrator:
If the user accepts these default settings: the language for default folders and system messages will be set to the language defined by the administrator.
If the user chooses another language: this will modify only the language of system messages BUT
default folders names will remain in the language defined by the administrator.
You can get more details of language setting from this article

Hello,
The more simple solution I have found is a down time of the Exchange server with the following operations:
setup.com /uninstall /roles:ClientAccess reboot server setup.com /install /roles:ClientAccess
That works fine and solves the problem.
