OWA 2007 externally slow since update to SP1 and rollup 9
I've tried everything I can think off to fix this problem, OWA has been slightly unresponsive externally since SP1 update, when I click on emails or go throughfolders it becomes very unresponsive. There is nothing wrong with external connection, event log isnt showing anything up particularly plus I ve done all the tests and nothing has come up, so does anyone have any pointers/ tips? thanks.

Hi,Would you please let me know?
1. If you access in internal network, whether the OWA is still unresponsive. I also suggest you access OWA on the CAS server directly (access https://127.0.0.1/owa) to check whether the issue persists
2. If you create new mailbox and access the new mailbox through OWA (internal and external), whether the issue persists
3. If you use Outlook to access mailbox, whether any performance issue is encountered?
4. Please describe your environment more detailed. Whether ISA server is deployed? Whether the CASrole and Mailboxrole are installed on same server? Mike Shen
