I have 1 user, that when she is in OWA and selects the inbox, messages disappear right after she clicks on the first one and then selects the second message to read, it vanishes. As she selects the next messages they too seem to disappear. They do not turn up in the deleted items folder or anywhere. No one else seems to be having this problem. She is concerned as she does travel a lot. While in outlook the files work fine. I have taken off the limits restrictions thinking that could be a problem. Any suggestions as to what may be they cause and how to stop it?

I think that is client related Did you try to access OWA from another workstation then the one she allways uses? Deli

Yes - the same thing happened

We have had the same a few times. Turned out the user was set to only display unread messages. When viewing inbox contents, there is a dropdown to the right of the title "Inbox" at the top of the frame.
