Currently we experiencing a problem with OWA on exchange 2010 where we unable to read certain messages at random ! Bellow is the error that we getting -I run EBPA but the only error we get is to install KB974646-x64 , and when i do it states this file does not apply to the system (even though it is for server 2008) - also have run windows updates and there ain't any available to download - all up to date. we are not running forefront , but running Symantec Mail security for exchange , also have removed Av with no affect.
