OWA: Your request can’t be completed right now. Please try again later. problem

Hello!

I have a problem with my Exchange 2013 works. When I log in my e-mail account with OWA in the local server, I see all e-mails in all folder and I can send e-mail. But, If I use the OWA via internet I cant see my e-mails in the folder (received, sent, deleted folder) and I can't send e-mails. When I click the sent, received etc. folder I get the following message: Your request cant be completed right now. Please try again later.

What cause this problem?

I try to resolve with the following instruction, but failed:

This would say to me that your firewall or network is blocking or corrupting some or all of your communication to the Exchange server.

Hi,

According to your description, I understand that you cannot review e-mail message from external OWA, and cant send message with error Your request cant be completed right now. Please try again later. However, internal OWA works fine.
If I misunderstand your concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Does this issue occur to all the users with different browser? Is there any prevent or anti-virus software host between Exchange server and internet? Please check the IIS log on the CAS server and find all the error code when the user access the OWA virtual directory.
Please try to double check and compare the authentication for OWA and ECP virtual directory.
