Outlook looks to perceive if items are mark private only when any folder is opened. When you attempt to copy a folder with subfolders among mailboxes, outlook doesn't really open the folder and outlook can't tell if there are any other items in the subfolders
that might be marked private. That is the main reason behind the error message you are getting.
You have 2 options
1. Move the subfolders out, one folder at a time, and then reorganize them once moved.
2. Assign your account delegate permission to the second mailbox, with the option to 'let delegates see my private items' enabled.
To do this-
(i) Log into the second mailbox (need to open it as the first account in the profile) and give your other account full delegate access.
(ii) Open Outlook using a profile where your main mailbox is the first account and the second is opened as a shared mailbox.
Please do let me know if the above solution does not resolve your issue, else I will provide you with some other solution.
