Hi Michael, Please let me know whether only specific users encountered the issue or all the users encountered the problem. If specific users encountered the problem, please check whether the issue still occurs if the users configure their profiles on other good client. If all the users encountered the problem, please check whether the issue still occurs if you create a new user. In addition, please attempt the following method to troubleshoot the issue: Suggestion 1: Enable Disabled Items ======================== Outlook->Help->About Outlook Office Outlook->Disabled Items Please enable the items if listed. Suggestion 2: Please use Online Mode instead of Cached Mode to troubleshoot the issue Suggestion 3: Disable third-party add-ins of Outlook ================================== 1. Backup and then remove the following two registry keys: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins 2. Restart the Outlook by using Outlook /Safe Suggestion 4: Create a new user profile For further information: Troubleshoot Delegate Access http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP052421651033.aspx Mike
