OST file grows each time each time there's movement (Read, Receive, or moving email) in Outlook 2010

We have one user using Outlook 2010, ost grows from 9GB (initially = same size with mailbox through OWA)to 100GB in less than 5 days, each movement or transaction made at outlook, OST will grows where each day can be 20GB in differences. Office updates being patched.

Can anyone assist?

#1 - First thing I would try is deleting the .OST file and let Outlook recreate it.

#2 - If the problem persists - check to see what 3rd party addins or sync programs are in use

#3 - If nothing is in use that is out of the norm compared to any other user - best place to pose the question would be in the applicable Exchange forum for the EX server version in use
