OLKCalLog Question

Hi All:

I have a couple users that are telling me Calendar appointments go missing from their Outlook 2010 Calendar. I have enabled auditing via the Exchange Management Shell and it appears to be working, but I am not seeing anything re:the calendar items they are saying are "falling off" their Calendars (each has different appointments; I checked & only 1 user has someone w/Editor rights that I cannot rescind). I've also started tinkering w/Outlook Troubleshooting Logging. It's on and when I open Event Viewer and open the saved OLKCalLog<datetimestamp> in Event Viewer, I see valid information for the "Level", "Date and Time", "Event ID", and "Task Category" fields, but NOTHING in the "General" tab that tells me anything of value for each entry. All "General" info is non-existent & I see Level types of "Information", "Warning" & "Verbose" being logged, but ZERO information in the "General" tab for each entry.

Does anyone have any knowledge of Outlook Logging that could tell me what I may be missing?
