OL2010 - custom form contact picture

In outlook 2010, have created a custom contact form. Have converted all existing records to this new contact from by running a VB script found on MSFT page.

However, when I now open the contacts, I see all my user-defined fields; however, the picture I have for the contact no longer appears in the contact record.

When I am viewing the contacts folder, I can see everyone's picture in a business card format; however, when I double-click on a specific contact, all I see is my custom defined fields.

How do I get the picture to display for the contact  when I double-click?

I tried the Control Box and then Image, but it just put a blank square on my form.

Hi, did you edit your custom form by VB Script? If you are figuring out a method by VB Script, please post the question to the MSDN forum:

Also, providing the related Script would be preferred.

Regards.
