Hi, Presuming that you have enabled Outlookanywhere http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123889(EXCHG.80).aspx the only port that u are checking for Outlookanywhere is 443. Also if MAPI is disabled for that user he wont be able to connect.

Have you enabled it for the org? If so, then the user has access by default You can also check the mailbox with a PS command: Get-casmailbox <alias> |fl MAPIBlockOutlookRpcHttp The MAPIBlockOutlookRpcHttp switch can be set to $true or $false

If you are just wanting to test from external you can use: https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ This will allow you to specify a specific user, but is generally used to validate overall configuration and functionality.Tim Harrington - Catapult Systems - http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com
