OAB not downlaading all of the sudden

I don't know if this is related or not. My DAG server VM crashed at my offsite location. The provider started to restore it but almost none of database are synced. Now all the sudden I can't update the OAB on any of my Outlook clients. No updates have been run on the server for a month and I can delete the OAB from a client and it will download a new one it just won't do updates. Here is the error I get when I try to update.. 0x80190194. All I can find on this is fixes for Exchange 2010. I find nothing on Exchange 2013.

I am hoping someone here has something to try. I have Exchange 2013 CU8 on my system and the 2nd one (DAG). I see errors on my server for the DAG stuff but nothing on the OAB on Exchange server.
