If the Outlook is in cached mode, then the Offline Address Book has to be generated, published to web distribution and/or the system public folder, and then Outlook has to synchronize it before the user will see the change. Turn off cached mode in Outlook and see if the changes appear.-- Ed Crowley MVP"There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems.". Hi, Please try to use get-offlineaddressbook |fl schedule, name to check the value on schedule. Please try to click send/receive to update the OAB and to check if we will have error there. If yes, then please check the event log from the OAB generation server and then post the detail error event information here for further troubleshoot. Note: Frequent updating is generally not recommended because frequent updating may affect client and server performance in the following ways: The server has to generate the offline address book more frequently. It might take hours to complete, depending on the size of Active Directory. For each update, Outlook must make a copy of the offline address book on the local computer and apply the incremental changes that are fetched from the server. If the offline address book on the local computer is 150 MB, Outlook must create a copy of that much data with each update. Outlook has a "throttling" mechanism that slows down the offline address book update when user activity is detected. When there is continuous user activity, the size of the offline address book affects the time that is required for updates. This time period can vary from one hour to eight hours. Offline Address Book generation is set to update continuously http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997662(EXCHG.80).aspx Regards, Xiu
