Hello, delete the Offline Address Book files in the profile of the user. Afterwards start a manual download of the OAB again. The path to the files is: %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\OutlookRegards Robert Genes

Hi, The OAB downloading hangs might be caused by various factors. Please try the steps below to troubleshoot: Let the affected user try in another client computer. If the issue disappears, create a new Windows pofile on the problematic client computer for the affected user. If the issue continues in the new Windows profile, please run "Test Email AutoConfiguration" in the problemtic Outlook clients to see if OAB url is returned successfully. Let me know if there is any error. Test the OAB url in the affected client computer in IE browser. note that you need to add oab.xml after the OAB url. for example, <a href="https://yourCASserver/OAB//oab.xml">https://yourCASserver/OAB/<GUID>/oab.xml. Let me know if there is any error. Also remember verify the folder permission of %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook, make sure the affected user has sufficient permission on this folder.
