there could be many reasons of this, have you tried creating a new one - mapp it to one or two users and see what happens.Best Rgds, Ashish | Unified Comunication | MCTS | MCITP | Please remember to select option "Propose As Answer" if solution work for you | My posts hold no assurances, no promises, and they measured no rights.

Hi A Khan, I would create a new OAB to make a test. If the issue still exists, we could set the oab generation logging as expert to confirm the issue casue. We also could run the EXBPA to confirm more information about the exchange server. About how to confirm the OAB web distruibution server, refer to : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc501514.aspx Regards! Hi AKhan, How do you recreate the new OAB and how do deal with the old OAB? I would suggest that you could remove the old one and use the new one(OAB and VD), some information for you: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123595.aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124270(EXCHG.80).aspx And do yo reconfigure the new OAB for the database? Create a test Storage Group, add a DB, and add test users in it. Create OAB and associate it to that DB. Keep us posted.
