Hi Team, We have some of the users are reporting, that they are unable to see the some of the users are global Address List. Initailly we checked from our end, that we can able to see those users in the GAL with any issues, We suspected, that it is local OAB download issue and asked the user to downlaod the latest OAB from outlook and diabled the cache mode in outlook to check, All the users did the same and i wondering, they are able see those users in GAL when cache mode is OFF. No of affected users are more than 200+ i suspecting there could be a problem with the OAB is not upto date. How can i find that, the OAB is generated upto date? how to trouble shoot furtherwhether we deteremined the OAB generation is just working fine from the server end? please help Now how to troub
