Hi all -

When I create a calendar event with an alert in 0365 through the web app (Exchange Online) the alert works in both Outlook and the Web App.  However it never pops up on my iPhone even though I have Outlook for iOS installed and connected to my 0365 tenant.  Is this a push/fetch/user issue or something else?

I really need this to work as I just missed a hair appointment.

Any suggestions?

Please make sure the Notifications for Outlook has been turned on in iOS.

You can also try OWA for iPhone to see it displays the reminders correctly:
