Not sure I am in the right Group - Microsoft Outlook 2003 Rules functionality
Hello All, not sure if I put this in the right place, but I am trying to resolve an issue without luck. I have had my employees set up Rules to manage their inboxes, but now the messages that go to the subfolders automatically do notget forwarded to their Blackberries. Kind of as if the messages are not showing as new messages? Has anyone else had this problem? Can you help?

By default BlackBerry redirect mails for Inbox & Sent Items only. This can be done by selecting folder in folder redirection setting in desktop manager. User needs to connect blackberry to PC where blackberry desktop manager is installed and outlook profile for that user is configured. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager -> Email Settings -> Advance Tab -> Folder Redirection & Choose the folders to redirect mails to device.

What if the mail is set up on the BB internet website, and not via the redirector? When I go into the Desktop manager it doesn't give me any options for email settings, it is grayed out...

When I go into Folder redirection it only has one selection which list his email address. I click on the trackwheel again, and it says Save, Switch Application, or close. It doesn't give me the option to change, or add folders for redirection.... Any more suggestions... ?? Please and thank you for your help, Carrie
