I have created custom resource properties in Exchange 2007 SP3 RU6 and applied them to several rooms. When I look in the GAL under All Rooms, I do not see the Location, Capacity or Description fields. I am using Outlook 2010 with all of the updates. Any ideas?

I don't see them in OWA either. I am getting a copy of the script that was used and will post it

I was able to resolve the issue by following the steps in this article: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/dgoldman/archive/2007/12/05/deleting-the-all-rooms-address-list-stops-it-from-showing-up-in-owa.aspx It wasn't the same exact symptom but the resolution worked.
