Not receiving external mail
how do I check on exchange 2003 inbound emails which have been blocked and how do I then allow them to reach their destination? I was told to check the junk mail administrator mail box but they are not all there, the ones that are there, some will need to be allowed to go through.

Hi, Exchange 2003 does not block any messages by default. There must be some software or some specific antispam configurationthat can blocks mails - but then these are probably never received because of their content or the server where they originated. If you enable smtp logging and message tracking you might be able to see what happens. Leif
