Not all appointments appear on iPad & iPhone
Hello,
I've recently encountered an issue with end user that is using both iPhones and iPads. The issue reported-calendars don't consistently sync or may sync at one device-not both.
Here are further details:
Exchange Server 2010
Version: 14.01.0393.000
iPhone 4s/iPad 2-Both Apple devices are current.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi,
Does this issue occur to all the users?
How about checking the calendar via OWA?
If things are fine on OWA, it means the calendar items are good on the users mailbox, you need to troubleshoot this issue from mobile syncing aspect.
Thanks,
Simon Wu

Thank you.
The issue only ocurs with two users.
Both users have iPhone and iPad devices that sync to Exchange.
I will examine the OWA to confirm the calendar items are good on the user's mailbox-please provide advice involving troubleshooting the mobile syncing aspect.
Thank you!
