Not able to view inbox mails in webmail . when i click on user inbox it's giving the error "An error occurred processing your Junk E-mail lists. You are over the size limit allowed on the server. Contact your server administrator." nothing is there in Junk E-mail folder. in outlook also its not working. checked in different machine no luck. tried exmerge tool to download the mails to PST , but not able to download. please suggest on the same

That error is not referring to the junk email folder, but the list of emails which are filtering. You can see this in junk email options. In many cases this will be full of garbage as many people will add every sender of spam to it. That is a waste of time as spammers never use the same address twice. Hi all, Now the issue is resolved. we have checked exchange server event logs found event id 604. User got some mails in Japanese language . but Japanese language is not enabled in the server. control pannel--->regional and language option language----->language--->check install files for east asian language . It will prompt for i386 folder . After that reboot the server once. Now I am able to open webmail and outlook of user mailbox without any issues. Regards, Saravana Kumar.
