I am not able to view attachments that I add to calendar events
(created in Outlook 365 on a PC) on my Windows Phone mail client, Outlook for iPhone and Android.

A lot of my Customers uses Exchange, and just migrated to Office 365. I would really
appreciate some assistance if you can help me.

I just tested on my side, I sent a meeting request with an attachment to my colleague who is a Windows Phone user, she received the request email with the attachment. However, the attachment doesn't show on her calendar.

I think it's probably by design, but to verify this you will need to contact the support of Windows Phone:
