Not able to open OOF Reply, Calendar option in outlook

Hi

I have exchange server 2013, i blocked ecp from accessing externally through IP address and restrictions in IIS.

After that i am not able to access OOF, no information it dispalying in calendar meeting assistant..

So i revert back the settings in IP address and restrictions in IIS. But still its not working.

I resetted Virtual directory of ECP, uninstalled IP address and restrictions from IIS, restarted the server & IIS.

No luck its not working..

i have another CAS server, in that all things are working fine...

Please help me...

It's not likely related to ECP. OOF and free/busy are using EWS.

Hi,

From your description, I would like to clarify the following things for troubleshooting:

1. Make sure EWS virtual directory use Anonymous Authentication and Windows Authentication in IIS.

2. EWS virtual directory SSL Settings: require SSL, Ignore client certificates.

3. Do an IISReset and check the result.

Hope this can be helpful to you.

Best regards,

Hi Amy,

Thanks for your response.

Integrated windows authentication was disabled on EWS directory, after enabling it calendar and OOF working fine.

I have meeting room scheduler device(Steelcase brand), its integrated with Exchange 2013 EWS.

That is not working after enabling Integrated windows authentication, if i disable integrated windows authentication and enable basic authentication meeting room scheduler works fine. But in that case my calendar and OOF not working..

Any suggestions...
