Hi All,

I am new in exchange 2013,

i deploy Exchange 2013 at my office and working fine , but i have one problem with OWA when any users try to change any settings( change password, change theme, display settings ect...)  through OWA its going back to login page but after that not able to login also , so if they want to login again they have to close the window and re login to check the mail.

i go through OWA settings but every thing enable for users to change .

How to solve this problem???

i check through internal network (with exchange Local IP address )all settings working , i had problem with only externally i can't change any settings

Did you get any error logs?

Have you tried to recreate OWA virtual directory ?

I also recommend you run the following command and post the result, it may help us to troubleshoot the issue:

Get-OWAVirtualDirectory |Fl Inter*,Exter*
