None of your current accounts support 'Out of Office' functionality.

Hello,
I am running an Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 server & noticed when I attempt to enable 'Out of Office' on my Motorola RAZR Android smartphone, I get a
'None of your current accounts support 'Out of Office' functionality'
error. I do have ActiveSync with HTTPS setup on my phone with mail, contacts & calendar synch. I'm just posting here to start for any suggestions/resolutions.
Thank you...

Hello,

Can you set OOF via Outlook and OWA?

If it is possible, please try another brand and model of mobile phone and see if it works.

Thanks,
Simon

Hi,
The problem is that you have Exchange 2003.
Out of Office Management was first introduced in Exchange 2007.Martina Miskovic

Hi Martina,
Just to confirm you mean the Android OS on the phone is only compatible with Exchange 2007 for this feature to work correct?
Thanks

Yes, it's not possible to set an OOF on a Mobile Device when having Exchange 2003. You need Exchange 2007/2010 for that.Martina Miskovic
