I do not receive 401's or 404's i simply receive a "error: general access denied error"Whenever a user without doman admin priveliges tries to change their password. My domain user test account is also using the same SMTP domain as my "normal" user.Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks,

I have also noticed that the username is truncated form "auser" to "user." The domain also is not automatically being populated despite being in directory security..

This would be my best guess given the truncating username issue. Try registering Iispwchg.dll. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/833734/
