No recipients in the mailboxes view

Hello,

Not sure what happened to my environment, but I can not see any recipients in the mailboxes view. Once I close and open Exchange admin center I get initial view of first 500 recipients. Once I try to "get all results" or apply some filters, I get nothing. I tried opening the ECP on multiple servers - I get same results.

Any ideas where to starts lo

Hi,

In ECP -> Recipients -> Mailboxes. There should be an option called "Get All Results" at the bottom of the user list screen. If you click on that it should display all mail-enabled users.

Hi Mindaugas Laucius,

From your description, I would like to clarify the following thing:

The list view in Exchange 2013 EAC can only display up to 500 objects. If you want to view objects that aren't listed in the details pane, you need to use search and filter options to find those specific objects.

What's more, if you want to set the value to a larger number, you can edit web.config file in the "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\ClientAccess\ecp". Add key="GetListDefaultResultSize" value="1000"

Hope this can be helpful to you.

Best regards,
