I downloaded office professional plus 2013 as there was trial for 60 days. but now when I open any file, it say enter ur product key. in actual I did not get any product key and it also says that my mail id is registered for this product. what to do ?? should I remove it and use any other available office suites.

Where did you download the trial version of Office professional plus 2013? If you download from TechNet Evaluation Center, you should get a key from website, see this:

You might try to log on TechNet Evaluation Center and get the key again.

Same problem over here. Timeout for Office 2013 Trial Download. Tried with Win7/IE11 and Mac/Safari/Firefox several times since two days. All run into the same timeout. Therefore no client-side problem. Please fix your infrastructure.

Additionally: It works with the Office 2010 Trial Download.
