No local delivery after installation
Hello, I have a fresh installation on WS03 SP1 with several hotfixes... It's a virtual machine running on VMWare. Exchange 2003 Standard. I have installed several different times in different ways, on a DC, on a member server, with two different installation disks. Every time, messages from one user can not be delivered to another user on the same database. I notice the MTA will not start. The app event log has the following... (in sequential order). The MTA logging level is maximum for all objects. There are no performance counters running. The Virtual machine has 1 GB of memory and a 2 GB page file. Any ideas?
