Sounds like you've posted this question in the wrong forum. I don't see anything Exchange-related in there. --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP

This is the only thing I see: Today I had issues with the outgoing queue of exchange. Mails were not routed to the outgoing smarthost (ISP SMTP) I had to restart the local dns server and the mails were send. But it sounds like it's a DNS problem. What about now? Can you send an email to a gmail or hotmail (etc.) address you might have and do you receive it right away? Please mark as helpful if you find my contribution useful or as an answer if it does answer your question. That will encourage me - and others - to take time out to help you.

I've changed in exchange to use dns lookup instead of sending by the ISP SMTP server. That problem is solved. Users can send to all mailaddresses (gmail, hotmail, yahoo...) But I still can't access any internet page

Hi, >>Users can send to all mailaddresses (gmail, hotmail, yahoo...) But I still can't access any internet page As per my knowledge, this issue may be caused by the following reasons: 1. The ports of http or https are blocked so you can check whether port 80 and 443 are open in Anti-virus and firewall. 2. The Internet security configuration of IE is also a reason. You can adjust the security settings as the lowest and then check. Besides, you can post this thread to IE or Windows forums to get more: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-us/category/internetexplorer http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/w7itpro Hope it helps. It had nothing to do with user related problems or firewall. It was dns related.
