No free/busy information could be retrieved

Hi,

In our environment we have  Exchange 2007 Server and Outlook 2010 clients.

We have an Issue with one of our User Outlook  Calendar where he is getting and error "No free/busy information could be retrieved".

But this Issue don't seems with Outlook profile of that Windows User system. As users gets same issue in his outlook profile when he logs on to any Domain system of this environment.

As troubleshooting Steps:-

- Configured affected Outlook profile on fresh system but still same error

- we have moved User Mailbox from one Exchange Database to another.

- Moved Windows user from  one OU to another.

- Verified Proxy settings, disabled Antivirus.

Request you all to help me with this case.

Hi,

Does this issue exist in OWA?

Have you checked the calendar permissions settings? Does the "Default" group has been granted the "Free/Busy time" permissions level or higher? Please right-click your default calendar and select Properties > Permissions tab to verify it.

Please also try to run Test E-mail AutoConfiguration tool to test the Autodiscover service and Availability service URL. To do this, hold Ctrl key and right-click the Outlook icon in the system tray. Select Test Email AutoConfiguration. Then, put your email address, uncheck use guessmart and secure guessmart authentication, click Test to check your Autodiscover service.

Under Results tab, please get the Availability service URL. Then access it in Internet Explorer in your local machine, and check whether a proper XML file can be returned.

Please let me know the result.
