No Reply response from Resource Calendar
When reserving a resource, the meeting requestor does not not a response from the resource mailbox. I can check the resource mailbox and see that it is on the calendar.

If you are not receiving response from resource mailbox, then defnitely the automateprocessing of calendar will be set to AUTOUPDATE. Change the settings to AutoAccept, as mentioned above. If it is ordianary user mailbox used as resource mailbox, you can change the Resource Scheduling option on the Calender Option to accept meeting automatically

So you are using Exchange 2003. Exchange 2003 doesn’t have room mailbox, and it doesn’t support PowerShell. Exchange 2003 uses a common user mailbox as a resource. You could configure a resource mailbox auto-accept a meeting as Rajkumar said. but it won’t send you a response automatically. You could use Outlook rules to achieve it. Condition: Which is a meeting invitation or update Action: Reply using a specific template
