No Reminders for single user

We have Exchange 2010 and clients use Outlook 2010.

I have one user that if they are not in Cached Mode their Reminders do not pop up.  If I set the user for Cached Mode Reminders show up without issue.

All other users are not in Cached Mode and Reminders pop up without issue.

Unfortunately I am not able to set this user up in Cached Mode (against Company Policy).

I have deleted the User Profile and Outlook Profile and get the same results.

Is there anything that the Exchange server could be pushing to the user that could cause this type of behavior?

Any insight greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

The user can access their calendar in either mode without issue.  For some reason the Reminders do NOT pop up in non-Cached (online) mode.

Hoping something can be done.

Does starting Outlook with /cleanreminders make a difference?

Hi Doh,

Except above suggestions, I also recommend you check if there is the same issue in OWA.

If OWA is fine, it should be a outlook client issue, you can try to install the following hotfix to resolve the issue:

Description of the Outlook 2010 hotfix package

After you install Microsoft Office 2010 Service Pack 1 (SP1), reminders are not displayed in Outlook 2010.

Note This issue occurs when you run Outlook 2010 in online mode
