No Information shows up for only one single co-worker in Scheduling Assistant

Hi,

I have the most annoying problem and I have searched high and low for solution without any success.

We have a Office 365 setup, all in the cloud, and when I try to schedule meetings, I can see everyone's availability in Scheduling Assistant except for one specific employee.  This has been the case for many months, with many different patches applied.  We made sure I have permissions to see his calendar (he even gave me explicit permissions), and yet I still see No Information looking at Scheduling Assistant.

This happens in Outlook 2013 or when using OWA.

Just one specific individual, everyone else I can see just fine.

Any help anyone can provide would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Based on the description above, this happens in both Outlook 2013 and OWA, basically it's not a client issue then.

Please let other users check if they can view this specific user's Free/Busy information, if they can't either, I suspect somehow this user's mailbox is corrupted or has some other problems.

As you are using Office 365, in this forum we mainly discuss questions about Office client, I suggest you post the question in Office 365 Community forum to get more dedicated support:
