Hi,

As what John says, the transport rule doesnt work for auto-reply. We can do the following steps to create a client side Inbox Rule to have a try:

1. create a new message with an auto-reply message body.

2. Click FILE > Save as, select Outlook Template in the Save as type option.

3. Save the message as an Outlook Template.

4. Click FILE > Manage Rules & Alerts > New Rule.

5. Select Apply rule on messages I receive, click Next.

6. Create the rules with Send to conditions and reply using actions. For example:

7. Click next and finish the rule. Then the auto-reply has been configured in the mailbox RealEstate@domain.com side.

As for the no-reply account, I havent find any method in my knowledge.

Regards,
