Hi, Please check whether you have enabled POP3 service from Service Manager. You can run Services.msc from a command prompt to open services manager. Besides, please check whether you have enabled SSL for pop3.You can run get-exchangecertificate |FL from Exchange Management Shell to see whether theres certificate for pop service. After that, please open Exchange Management Console, find Server Configuration-Client Access-POP3 and IMAP4. There please right click on pop3 and select properties, please check Authentication tab. If no certificate has been installed on pop3,then please do not select Secure logon. For OWA, please try to logon OWA from Client Access Server. Also I want to know whether the error generate when you try to access OWA use internal URL or external URL, from internal network or external network? Related information share with you: Client Access http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124915(EXCHG.80).aspx Hope it helps. Xiu
