New meetings are not showing up in Room Mailbox calendars
Exchange 2007 SP3 UR5... Mix of Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 clients.
On two meeting rooms, new meetings are not showing up in the room calendars when the resource is booked.
Are there any settings that may be preventing this?
Do these meeting requests need to be accepted by someone before they show up as being booked? Is there somewhere where these settings are configured?
Thanks

Quick follow-up question:
If the room mailbox is not set for AutoAccept, and meeting request is sent and that resource is the assigned room, will it be up to a delegate that has editor permissions for the room mailbox which also receives meeting related requests?
Thanks

sorry if i misunderstood your question.
yes if room mailbox is not set for autoaccept the person who is having permission to that room mailbox manually has to accept the meetings. Kottees : My Blog : Please mark it as an answer if it really helps you.

And the only users who have access to accept those meeting are ones who are listed as Editors for the room mailbox and have the check box to receive meeting related requests. Is this correct?

hmmm you can delegate the permission to those users.
