New Mailbox account is disabled in Active directory

Hi Guys

Please help me with this problem

We have a Exchange 2013 SP1 (one Server MB and client access) Active directory is Windows Server 2012 R2, Exchange is working fine, the problem is when we create a new mailbox (existing user or new user) mailbox account is created ok but account immediately is disabled in ad. is necesary in AD enabled account

 Do you know what is the cause of this problem

i'm sorry guys, the problem is not with Exchange, the AD Admin schedule a task to disable news accounts from scripts

Glad to hear you have found the cause.

For any abnormal behaviors of Mailboxes, you can enable the Mailbox Auditing logging:
