Hello, I've got a weird issue : I work on a replica of a prod environment. There is only one Client Access Server on this replica. When I try to create a linked mailbox via PowerShell by loading the Exchange 2010 snap-in, it takes something like 20m. If I run the same creation command on a remote session or in the EMC, the creation is quite fast. I tried to run it in verbose mode to detect the step that takes so much time using the snap-in, and it found this : VERBOSE: [13:24:26.331 GMT] New-Mailbox : [Microsoft Cmdlet Extension Agent] Found Email Address Policy "<domain>" VERBOSE: [13:44:57.393 GMT] New-Mailbox : [Microsoft Cmdlet Extension Agent] Add Primary Email Address X400:C=FR;A=etc... If I run the same command in the same runtime, the second time it runs fast, but if I close the PS console, import the snap-in again and run the command from scratch, it takes 20m setting the primary email address.
