I purchased Office 2013 yesterday. Unfortunately it was uninstall when my computer had to reset it self and now I have to use a different email address. What do I do?

Generally, you will get an email which contains the information you need with installation, after you purchase Office 2013.

Please log on your Microsoft account and check the email with the information.

If there is no email or the email is missing, please contact your support and get more details.
