Need to Hide all calendar details on Exchange 2007 server for all users and that from the server.
we need to hide (as management team requested) all users calendar details. this has to be set for all user from the server side.
have been loking for this but no solution found. anyone has a solution.?
please note our clients are 2003 and 2007 outlook clients.

http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2004/06/10/152698.aspx will let you tweak the publishing of Free/Busy. I'd question whether there's any point doing it any
other way because users will always be able to undo anything you do, at least until the policy kicks in again.
What is management hoping to achieve here? Perhaps if you explain what their thinking is we might have something more suitable for you - and maybe something that the users aren't going to work around in five seconds flat.
