Need help troubleshooting Outlook 2007 users seeing Outlook 2003 users free and busy on Exchange 2007/Windows 2003 server
I need help. I have found the autodoscover.xml queries are failing and I am unable to view Outlook 2003 calendar free and busy using Outlook 2007.We have also tried entering autodiscover.domain name.com plus the CNAME to DNSand it did not work. Can someone help with a resultion. I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi,Did you issue only occur when viewing Free/Busy for Outlook 2003 in Outlook 2007? Whether all the users have this issue or just part of the user? Was Exchange 2003 deployed in the environment?Is this issue occurring in OWA?Now please press Ctrl+ right click the Outlook icon in System tray, select Test E-mail Autoconfiguration, and post the information on the forum.ThanksAllen
