Need help setting up a resource calendar for multiple rooms
My situation is that I am in a university setting and currently our classrooms are scheduled manually (on paper!), we have 24 rooms that we schedule and would like to integrate this somehow into exchange. I'm aware of how to set up a resource calendar in which to manage each room but is there a way to integreate them all into one view or have all of the rooms show up on one calendar? This would eliminate the need to look at 24 seperate calendars when scheduling resources. I would like to see if Exchange has this capability built in so I would not have to look for a 3rd party solution.

Outlook 2007 has a function called "Group schedule". http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP030848221033.aspx The downside is that all users must use the Outlook client and each of them have to create and manage the group schedule themselves.
