Need help on how to start a exchange script get started.
Someone gave me this advice and want to know how to start this type of coding. Maybe someone knows a file that I can use and modify or atleast a code on how to look up AD for the computer name. They told me to use IADsADSystemInfo scripting. I'm assuming that all your hotels are in the same AD forest and each hotel is a separate AD site. The logic would look like this: - Script looks up the AD site the computer is in - Script uses If Then statement to launch Outllook with /profile switch. The profile used is determined by the AD site returned

Someone gave me this advice but I cant find the proper way to start this scripting. Can anybody point me to the right direction, maybe a dummy script that I can modify. It would be possible to do what you want with a VB script. I can point you in the right direction, but you would need to create the script yourself. I'm assuming that all your hotels are in the same AD forest and each hotel is a separate AD site. The logic would look like this: - Script looks up the AD site the computer is in - Script uses If Then statement to launch Outllook with /profile switch. The profile used is determined by the AD site returned
