I've been working with a customer on some various IT related items, and they asked me if there was a way to get a report on the free/busy information on the resources in the Exchange server. This customer is a church where they have all of their classrooms and facilities set up as resources on their Exchange server. What they want is a report that shows the free/busy info on all of their resources for a given time frame. For example, they have Wednesday night classes and they want to see a single report that shows all of the classrooms and if they are being taken. The same goes for any other night so they can easily print it off and display it in some way. It is easy to see that info while setting up the meeting on the scheduling user interface, but we need a report that can be printed/distributed. Is there anything out of the box? If not...any third party tools? Any query that may be handy that I can expose as a service of some kind and then create a report out of?
