Some of my emails show as a narrow column within the reading pane in outlook 2013. So there is lots of white space shown instead of the email justifying to the full width.

In OWA it works correctly and the same email justifies the full width of the reading pane.

Can this be fixed in Outlook?

Do these emails have anything in common? Are they from the same sender or sent from same email client? I noticed

How does the email look like if we double click one to open it in a new window?

What if we forward the email to yourself from OWA and then view the email in Outlook?

What zoom percentage is set on these emails? Does it help if we scroll the wheel of the mouse over the reading pane to change the zoom percentage?

I am having the same issue, and as I continue to search for answers I am finding I am not alone.  I am seeing this issue with emails from vendors and like others opening the message with earlier versions of outlook don't have this issue.
