NON SEARCHING RESULT APPEARING

Hi,

Which Search function are you referring to here? Do you mean search in Office applications or in Windows system?

If you mean searching in Office application, do you mean Outlook Instant Seach? What kind of file are you trying to search?

If you mean the Windows Search, I would suggest we first verify that search is turned on:

  • Go to Control Panel\Programs, and then click "Turn Windows features on or off". If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
  • To turn on a Windows feature on, select the check box next to the feature (in this case "Windows Search").
  • Click "Ok"
